My latest project, Connors Computer Catalog, has taught me how to use docker just enough to be overly confident when using it personally but cautious to suggest using it at work for an actual project, for now. I created a catalog site for my friend who is working on managing her collection of items. It is a simple LAMP stack web app for now but I will be using it to learn PHP and SQL better. Currently I work in an auction house so this project has been very useful to learn how the thought process behind our internal cataloging system might be set up.

Currently I am learning how to deploy it on this site and in a way my friends can access it without it being overrun by bots or making my home LAN unsecure. Ideally I will run it on a VM and figure out how to give my friends access to that becuase I do not want to pay for a VPS when I can host it myself.
